Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged / incorrect items

Contact sales@lotusforgegaming.com within 7 days with photos and we will make it right (replacement or refund).

Digital STL files

Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, except where required by law.

Sealed & graded product

Sold as-is; we do not guarantee pull rates or grades beyond the stated grading company's assessment.
